Founded in April 2018 by Anson Ng, 好人好事 Hao Ren Hao Shi (HRHS) is a non‑profit organization rooted in the belief that we rise together when united by shared ideals and a caring community.
What began as a grassroots initiative has grown into a dedicated mission. Guided by volunteers and a common purpose, we provide essential provisions to those in need, always with dignity, respect, and compassion.
As we continue to expand, our commitment remains unchanged: to reach more Singaporeans, touch more lives, and ensure that our community progresses together.​

To improve the lives of the underprivileged and families in need by providing essential supplies and provisions, bringing convenience, confidence, joy and hope to the beneficiaries and volunteers, regardless of race or religion.

Our Charity Status
Hao Ren Hao Shi has been granted Institution of Public Character (IPC) status. This recognition, granted by the Commissioner of Charities in Singapore, allows Hao Ren Hao Shi to receive tax-deductible donations. Effective 2nd December 2024, Hao Ren Hao Shi’s donors can enjoy 2.5 times tax deductions for qualifying contributions. Moreover, businesses may claim a 250% tax deduction on qualifying expenditures incurred until 31st December 2026, when they engage their employees in volunteering and providing services, including secondments, to Hao Ren Hao Shi.
